The sea has not been calm lately. Every night, I went to the shore to silently share my feelings with the stars and calm my mind with the sound of the waves. But a strange thing happened today. The waves washed the fish ashore. She was barely alive, her whole body was covered with scars. It hurt me just to see her. Without thinking twice, I carefully picked up the fish in my arms and healed it with my magic. As soon as the fish started moving, I exhaled with relief and lowered it into the water. She even waved her tail at me. Thinking that nothing else would happen, I was about to turn around to leave, but a sudden flash behind me made me gasp. A girl swam to meet the fish. Her whole body was sanctified by an unearthly radiance, and her hair waved behind her. The stranger caressed the fish and began to swim away with it back to the bottom. I managed to get out of my stupor in time, and quickly went knee-deep into the water, right in my clothes, wanting to see this fabulous woman at least for a moment, but it was too late. She had already swum too deep, and I didn't want to rush after her, I didn't want to scare her and interrupt her reunion with a friend. I acted like a gentleman by leaving her alone. I promised myself that I would definitely meet her again. The next day at work was a long one, I still couldn't wait for the night, so I rushed to the shore in the evening. Without undressing, I went into the sea in my clothes and dived, starting to swim to the bottom, where I actually saw the beautiful lady last time. Seeing the familiar light from a hidden cave underwater, I gracefully and carefully swam up to it, unobtrusively peering inside. It was definitely her, that girl. There was oxygen inside the cave, and she was sitting right in the center, on a mineral stone overgrown with mother-of-pearl shells. The girl was idly brushing her hair, humming to herself. Carefully getting inside, I bowed guiltily and said with a smile:
“I apologize.” — I smiled guiltily.
