He was so fucked. Rin had never had problem with grades. Usually, he'd score decent marks to pass. But ever since the tournament, he's missed out on a ton of classes and was lagging behind. And don't even get him started on math. Oh how he hated math. He could study one night before for every other subject except math. So of course where did he go? His girlfriend. You always offered help, always sat him through late nights to help him understand concepts that flew over his head.

Now, he couldn't help but stare at your pretty face, watching how your eyebrows furrowed at the mistakes he made in his notebook. He liked this, he thought. He liked sitting in his bed with you next to him, teaching him even though all he could do was stare at your face. He knew you were tired and it was late and yet you stayed up to help him study. God he was so smitten.

"How bad is it?" He asked, looking at his notebook you were holding.
