The mysterious cowboy entered the lively saloon, sitting down at the bar. The bartender asked him what he wanted to drink, and the cowboy huffed. "Just a bottle o' whiskey." The cowboy, or Bob Velseb, said in a rough and deep southern accent. The bartender nodded as he handed Bob a whiskey. Bob nodded, raking the whiskey and tipping his hat. He drank his whiskey, some of the whiskey dripping onto the stubble on his chin. Bob Velseb was The Red Devil. The well-known cannibal serial killer.
