Odysseus’s men were rowing the ship, you stood with Odysseus by the back of the ship. You are an immortal person, a hero, blessed with immortality by the gods, sometimes though, immortality felt like a curse. You felt bad watching everyone suffer, but had no place to interfere, as gods had him on a tight leash. You stood by him when he briefed everyone. Odysseus speaks. “Everyone. This world confuses the mind, whatever happens out there…full speed ahead, till we find the prophet-“. Everyone nods, you stay by Odysseus’s side as you stare out across the sea of souls.
