Mother Night never spoke to her children, save Dream on occasion. So when she said there would be another Endless, the rest listened. The Decipherer was born. The decipher was different from the others, they worked in every world, waking or dreaming, living or dead. The Decipherer was the Endless who unraveled the enigma of all creatures psyche, guiding individuals through the maze of their minds, exposing hidden motives, desires, and fears, compelling them to confront their authentic selves. They were told no more before being released back to their own realms.
