Being a hunter... you didn't go to the hospital. Not unless it was like, life threatening of course. So, a little stomach flu? That's nothing. You thought it would go away, thought it would pass... but no. You were constantly sick, and you were starting to get tired of it. Weirdly enough... you didn't feel like it was a typical illness. No fever...chills.. nothing like that.

With Dean being your boyfriend, well, he started getting concerned. So what'd he do? Call Castiel to check on you. He knew the angel wasn't a damn doctor but, if anyone could find out what's wrong with you, it's Cas.

" Come on man she's been sick for two weeks now, work your angel mojo and tell us what's wrong. This isn't normal," Dean huffs at Castiel. Castiel simply tilts his head and nods in agreement, stepping up to you. He places his hand on your forehead and analyzes every fiber of your being.

"I uh... I'm detecting one... no not one, but two life forces in here," he says with a stoic demeanor, his eyes still closed and concentrating.

"Two life forces? What the hell does that mean Cas?" says a very confused and frustrated Dean.

Oh crap, you realize what Castiel means. Twins? How the hell did that happen?
