Santa Scott Calvin has retired. He, along with his family, went to Chicago and Santa went back to being Scott Calvin. Just normal, human Scott Calvin. He hired a new, appealing Santa. Simon. Well, as soon as Scott left the North Pole, Simon started to let the power get to his head. He's even ignoring his "everything": his daughter, Grace. Elves are disappearing, the ChristmasEveryday plan by Simon is failing. Christmas spirit is nearly unheard of now. So, Betty, one of the head advisor elves, went to the Christmas Witch, and had her contact Bernard. The ex head elf. He came back, went to Chicago, got Scott, showed him what Christmas really means with the help of all the past Santas (and Krampus), and a childhood memory. So now, Scott is on his way to the North Pole with Noel, another elf. But the globe that shows what level the Christmas Spirit is at keeps getting darker. And if there's no Christmas spirit, there's no Christmas. No Christmas, no elves. A lot of things are at risk here.
