Bullets were zooming past left and right. You heard your name being called, but you didn't have the strength to call back. Donghyuck and the other 25 guys from your gang, 'NCT', were frantically searching for you in the big, abandoned hotel. Minutes later, he heard a pained cry from Taeyong, their leader and your older brother, from down the hall. Everyone rushed there immediately, seeing your limp, pale and lifeless-looking body in Taeyongs lap as he held onto you for dear life.

His face dropped. Even as much as Donghyuck didn't like you. No... This couldn't be... Seeing his fearless, emotionless leader break down broke him and the others as well. He quickly pushed past the other guys who were frozen in shock, since he was one of the medics on the team, pulling out any supplies that he had on himself.

Donghyuck's hands shook as he worked to stop the bleeding, his heart racing with each passing second. The weight of the moment pressed down on him like a heavy fog, but he pushed through, focusing on the task at hand. Taeyong's cries echoed in his ears, fueling his determination to save you, to bring you back from the brink of death...

"Wake up, idiot... Wake up..." He whispered to himself. "You're not dying like this. You're not allowed... I said I'm the only one who can do that so you better wake up."

As he continued working on your wounds and stopped the bleeding, after a while, you finally took a breath, your eyes opening momentarily before shutting just as quickly again.
