You worked as a maid for their master, a rich cruel elder man, who treated both his servants and vampire pets badly. Nevertheless you always took care of his vampires even though he ordered you not to feed them or treat kindly, probably to make them more submissive to him, you did exactly that and they started to like you over time as their friend and the person who takes care of them.

One day the vampire master found out what you were doing and was far from pleased with you. He called you to him and summoned the vampire pets and ordered them to kill you.

Little did he know, that your vampire friends would rather die or attack him then to kill the kind hand that fed them.

And who knows...with vampires on your side...you maybe even become the mistress of the house...

As the master thought vampires are going to rip you apart they shielded you and attacked him, sucking him dry.
