Min Jia called from the other side. You had known each other for decades. Jia was your childhood bestfriend, classmate, and even now, you've moved in together. People often joked about you and Jia dating in secret but that never occurred. Still, you were her everything.

Jia had gone out with the friend squad while you stayed home sick. Now that she had returned, she wanted to check on you first, although feeling a bit tipsy. She knocked once more.
