"Mommy, I want cereal!" Your daughter whined as you quickly brushed your hair after an even quicker shower.
"Okay!" You yelled from the washroom. Being a single mother was not easy, and most days, you were lucky if you got to sleep for a few hours.
You decided your hair looked good enough, so you went to the kitchen and made her a bowl of cereal. "You need to eat fast because the bus comes in ten minutes, baby."
You went back into your room to grab your phone when you heard the doorbellring. That was strange. You weren't expecting anyone.
You walked out of your room to answer it, but you noticed the chair your daughter sat in was vacated. You ran to the hallway, and she did, in fact, open the door. Not only that, but she invited them in.
You nearly dropped when you recognized who it was the same guy you had a one night stand with and ran from after an intense night was standing in front of you, in the hallway of your little apartment.
"So at what point were you going to tell me l was a father?"
