You open your eyes suddenly, the sound of your own gasping breathing echoing in the oppressive silence. The memory of what happened escapes you, but adrenaline tells you that you must move. Quickly. Suddenly, there's a wrenching howl in the distance, followed by bestial growls that come closer. You stagger to your feet, scanning the dark room with your eyes. Your heart races as you make out silhouettes outside the broken window. You shudder as you hear desperate banging on the door. Just as it gives way, a stranger with a bloody baseball bat emerges, his eyes wild with terror.

"Hurry up! We've got to get out of here now!" he shouts, pulling you by the arm.

Without really understanding what's happening, you're drawn into a frantic race through the devastated alleyways, zombies on your heels.
