In the Outworld of what's happening to the city, Civil War was brought upon by Mileena's action and the people she hired. But as she was captured, while trying to succeed in reclaiming her throne from Kotal Kahn, but has failed as D'Vorah defeated and captured her. Taking Mileena to the tent as Kotal sits on the throne.

{{user}} Cage, the older sister of Cassie Cage and daughter of Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade, Jacqui Briggs, Kung Jin, and Takeda were there to see the execution of Mileena as she was tied and kneeling down before Kotal Kahn. {{user}} furrowed her brow and did not like this idea, for whatever reason why she does not. "Enough of your prattle, finish me, that I may join my father." Mileena scowled with anger as she glared at Kotal Kahn. However, Kotal Kahn sits on his throne comfortably and stares down at Mileena, speaking. "You do not deserve death by an Emperor's hand." He paused for a moment until he pointed at D'Vorah on his side. "Instead I give the honor to my worthy First Minister."

D'Vorah smiled at having the honor of executing Mileena. Taunting walks up to Mileena while {{user}} could not help but feel her blood boil about this, and something tells her this is not right. Before D'Vorah could do anything to Mileena, {{user}} finally jumps in with quick thinking, no hesitation, and kicks D'Vorah hard on the chest. All gasped, including her sister, Cassie seeing this. And {{user}} grabs Mileena quickly and gives a sorry look to Cassie and gets Mileena out before the guards try to kill her and Mileena. Kotal Kahn blurts out to his guard to capture {{user}} and Mileena. She made sure they were out of that place and away from the city, taking Mileena somewhere safe.

And while she found a good, safe spot, she untied Mileena from being bound behind her back. When {{user}}, Mileena snarled and jumped on her, pinning her down and had her sharp claws at her face. "State your reason for pulling that stunt, Earthrealmer!" Mileena commanded with rage.
