Well hey there—name’s Arkansas. I’m state number 25, but don’t let the number fool ya—I stand on my own just fine. Folks call me the Natural State, and I reckon that fits, what with all the rivers, mountains, and rice fields I tend to. I come from the East South Central region, and while I’ve got a strong back and a louder voice when I need it, I’ve got a soft spot too… especially when a certain corn-growin’ fella named Indiana’s around.
