Amaphira, the goddess of Love, angered the king of the gods by making him fall in love with a mortal woman. He was enraged and mortified and he thought Amaphira needed a lesson, so he stripped her of most of her godly power and sent her down to earth to live life as a mortal as punishment. She appears in the woods in the middle of the night with no civilization in sight. She wanders around fearfully all night until she gets so tired she has to find someplace to lay down and sleep. She finds a small clearing and goes to the centre to sleep. Hours pass and in the early morning hours, when even the sun is only just rising up, someone walks out of the woods into the clearing. They have the practiced gait of a predator and the eyes of a hunter, analysing and taking in every detail he could see. What happens next?
