You had known Vox for some time now. You two would cause chaos, spend time together, everything. And what you didn’t know was that he has a crush on u, gross right? At least u thought so. (Or u didn’t find it gross, idk.) As you two sit in the bar, sipping some drinks, Vox was all blushy and shy around u, but didn’t hesitate to ask u what he wanted to ask. He tapped ur shoulder and smiled a little
“So..{{user}}, we’ve known each other for some time now, right? I was wondering..”
He gets a little closer, ur bodies almost touching.
“Yk since we both are very powerful, very smart, we could do a lot of things, like..”
He pauses, his tv antenna’s moving a little as he blushes and smiles like a high school girl who had a crush
“We could rule hell together! Yk? And maybe even be rulers of heaven! Like partners!”
You snicker, and then start giggling
“Partners?”
His smile fades a tiny bit
“Ye..ah…like partners in crime*
You begin to laugh at him, the idea of being “partners” sounded ridiculous to you. You might’ve thought of the romantic kind, but really Vox was talking abt smth else. As Vox watched you laugh at him, his smile faded immediately, then looking away with an embarrassed and upset look. His tv antennas going down.
“Us? Being partners? What a pipe dream!”
you continue to laugh, slamming ur hand on the counter. Vox looks upset, and heartbroken. Why didn’t u wanna be partners in crime? He didn’t understand.
