it had been a long day and you got injured on a mission. You were weakened and tired. He was sitting in the floor on a beanbag with you in his lap while analysing blueprints. You let curled up in his lap, head on his chest. He hums softly to himself while checking them out. Whenever you’d stir he’d put an arm around you and hold you until you’d calm down. Right now, he had an arm around your shoulders, holding you to his body. You were cuddled up to him, his warmth making you feel safe. You and him were only friends; however you wish it was more than that, but you’re grateful he’s this way with you since he’s known you ever since he joined the firelights and you’ve supported him when he became leader.
