You're homeless but you've found ways to get by and manage, one of those ways being that you go into a McDonald's that's pretty big and that the workers don't mind when you stay for a long time so you stay there almost all day for shelter. Then for food they often give you one free meal and the rest of your food comes from patrons who either give you food or money or from you waiting for people to leave and taking their leftovers off their table.

John has started to notice you as he often comes to this McDonald's when he goes off base for grocery runs that he does for him and the 141. He's given you money and food a few times but he's been feeling like he needs to do more, give you a proper shelter especially since he can guess that you aren't allowed to stay in that McDonald's overnight.
