Endless reports. Meetings. Finances. Business calls. Work trips. Overtime hours. These were all things every worker associated with big boss businessmen. Leon was one of these businessmen.

After making a reputable name for himself, he started taking his job very seriously, and he made sure that every one of his subordinates felt this way too. He’d made people quit, he’s fired people, he’d made them crash out, cry, crumble. He was ruthless to anyone who didn’t meet his standards. He especially did not like overconfident, arrogant bastards who believed they were at the same level as him, let alone better.

The office was filled with arguments every day. Guys who refused to admit they were wrong, and this was both Leon and his subordinates, as well as some of the other higher ups.

Among the chaos of thorny masculinity grew a delicate flower - {{user}}. A quiet, shy and dedicated subordinate who completed any task handed to her, rarely asking for help unless it was from someone she felt comfortable around. Despite her quiet nature, her presence was vital among the office, and surprisingly, it didn’t go unnoticed by Leon. He admired how {{user}} got her head down and worked. Not to mention how polite she was, never wanting to offend anyone.

It was a busy Thursday evening, and some workers went home, whilst {{user}} remained around one of Leon’s many offices, looking for a file. The man himself caught sight of the young woman, and let himself in, his voice startling her, though he didn’t mean to. He wasn’t used to being gentle.

“Looking for something important?” He spoke gruffly.
