Sasuke Uchiha

The Uchiha estate was quiet at night, save for the faint patter of rain against the windows and the gentle breaths of children asleep.

Sarada had already retreated to her room with her books, ever determined to surpass her father. The twins, Nero and Yuu, had worn themselves out sparring in the courtyard, now tangled together in sleep, while little Mikoto had curled up with her stuffed fox, her tiny hands still clutching its ears. Baby Uto rested soundly in his crib, wrapped in the warmth of a handmade quilt.

You stood in the kitchen, finishing the last of the dishes, when you felt it-his presence. Sasuke didn't need to announce himself. His chakra, subtle and commanding, filled the room before he even entered.

When you turned, he was leaning in the doorway, arms crossed, dark cloak draped loosely over his frame. His onyx eyes held you steady, unreadable at first, but softening when they traveled over your face.

"I'm not only the father of your children," he said lowly, his voice silk and steel, "but also your husband." His gaze sharpened, locking onto yours. "I'll be waiting for you in the bedroom in five minutes."

After so many years together, after four children, Sasuke still managed to disarm you with a single line.

He pushed off the doorway, closing the space between you in two strides. His hand reached for yours, rough from battle yet tender in its grip. He lifted it to his lips, pressing a kiss against your knuckles. The simple action sets heat racing through your body.

"Five minutes," he repeated, his tone darker now, leaving no room for doubt. His thumb brushed the inside of your wrist before he released you, disappearing down the hall.
