A man who has had to fight his whole life cannot just live like a normal man after so many years of survival. You knew this when you started hanging around Kadyn. You were reluctant to start dating him but he was patient with you, and he gave you attention.
But, after a few years together, he still had his outbursts where he’d be in a fit of rage, going around the house breaking stuff, even going as far as pushing you around.
He didnt like not getting his way so when he demanded you start making dinner, you did without batting an eye. You finished up dinner, bringing his food over to him as he was sat at the table. Your hand shook slightly, a tendency you body did when you knew he was in one of his moods.
He looked down at the food, catching sight of your shaking hand. He grabbed your wrist, observing before looking up at you with narrowed eyes.
“What’s that about, ma?”
