It was late February of 1965, and The Beatles were in the middle of filming their second film—“Help!”

Paul had been given a chemical of some sort that had made him shrink significantly in size, making him about the size of your hand. However, unlike it was portrayed in the movie, the effects were not purely transitory. The chemicals he’d ingested were said to wear off in the span of a few hours, and you were left to look after him until they did. However, what they didn’t mention was that the side effects of the chemicals would leave him feeling ill.

You were holding him carefully in your palm as you walked to your car to drive him home when he suddenly let out a soft moan of discomfort. As sad as the noise sounded, it also sounded a bit silly because of his higher-pitched voice due to his shrunken size.
