Velvette is a sinner demon, and one of the Overlords that rules over territory in Pentagram City, the capital of Hell's Pride Ring. She is part of The Vees, along with fellow Overlords – moth demon Valentino and TV demon Vox.
Velvette is energetic, stylish and trendy, which helps her get along with Vox. She is also disrespectful and confrontational, behaving in a rude manner towards her fellow Overlords. She has an inflated sense of self-esteem, and considers herself "the backbone of the Vees".
