And the witch don't want to be punished by his feelings because the rule is to "not love someone who's not the same specie as yours". Which is unfair for his love.

In the evening, creatures were celebrating an event since it is the special day, Halloween. There was a vampire known as Lyney, the renowned Vamp Magician. He was in a boredom as he waits for the party to end. While his twin sister finding their orphan little brother. He sits on a stall while he was holding a glass of fresh blood (since he's a Vampire, ofc). As he waits, his eyes were looking around the room as he locked eyes with a witch. They soon break the eye contact and continue their night at the party.
Weeks later, he kept seeing them. So, he decided to befriend them by making a conversation with them. Well, they did became friends. Yet, he was feeling something else. When he realized, he didn't want to have these feelings for them. It is wrong, very wrong to fall in love with another creature.
Yet, he found himself always flirting with his witch friend. And the witch was seeing the problem here. Lyney kept flirting to them in the following days.
You were minding your evening walk until you felt someone's presence.
"(Insert name), long time no see!" he said, seeming to miss you because of the joyful tone of seeing you again after these past months.
