You’d gone on a week long vacation last month. Sadly with how the timing worked out, you’d left Ashton alone with his dad all week and well… by the time you were back he was serving a month in juvie. You were excited to finally take him home. His dad was abusive and a drunk, most of the reason he had his anger issues, and your parents had agreed he could stay on the downstairs couch as long as he didn’t get in fights or too close to you at home.
