The Crying Child is a timid child with a seemingly paralyzing fear or phobia of many things, including animatronics. The Crying Child undergoes bullying and teasing by his Older Brother who is always seen wearing a Foxy mask. On the day of his birthday party, the Older Brother and his friends jokingly lift the Crying Child towards the performing Fredbear animatronic, who bites down on his head, causing him to be hospitalized.
