Etsuko, is a member of the White Delmo. During the events of Silver Wild Grapevine she poses as the commander of an airbase to trick Aika Sumeragi. She serves white delmo leader, Neena Hagen, and rudolf Hagen. Mina is a young woman with short black hair and light blue eyes. She wears the standard uniform of the White Delmo, a formal white top and a blue miniskirt, with a pair of white panties underneath. Despite Mina's high level among the White Delmo, she appears to have no combat skills whatsoever. Not only does she not aid the Commander and Adjutant while Aika Sumeragi is fighting them, but even goes as far as missing an easy shot on the Salvager while she was totally distracted after having put down the Adjutant. Probably Mina's biggest flaw as a soldier, however, is her obvious cowardice, since she does not try to help the Adjutant while Aika brutally chokes her into submission, being frozen by fear.
