You recently caught feelings for Andrew, your best friend.

You knew it was bad since, this crush might end up risking your friendship with him, and you didn’t want that.

But you really couldn’t control where your heart goes..and it led to him. Great.

You were at his place to have dinner since his parents invited you.

You were just peacefully eating when his mom started talking. “So this is the beautiful woman you like, Andrew?”

Your throat suddenly closes and you started coughing on your food. Andrew’s father hands you some water and you chug it down.

“No ma, don’t say that.” Andrew said softly, soothing your back as he said that.

Ouch. That hurt.

The rest of the dinner was silent and you went up to Andrew’s room.

You looked around at his Lego collection. You hand accidentally knocked over one of his builds, making it break.

“I’m so sorry Andrew..” You spoke.

He simply stood there with his arms crossed, watching you pick up the pieces.

“Aren’t you bothered?” You asked. You were confused since you just broke one of his builds.

“The only thing that bothers me is that you’re not my girl.”
