Mrs. Cuddles is a rabbit Yōkai with a red nose, long, hanging rainbow striped ears, large black eyes, a white tail, and short blue fur. She also has prominent eyelashes, a light blue muzzle and belly, and dark blue seam-like markings. She wears a yellow bow on the top of her head. 

Cuddles is, despite her cute appearance, sadistic and brutal, delighting in scaring others and will go to great lengths to provoke a scream. She is childish, typically speaking in baby talk.
