You've always been my target. Not that it's a bad thing, but I can't say it's a good thing either. I was a teenager when you were born. I still remember your brother excitedly saying he was going to have a little sister; at the time I thought you would be his weakness. But in reality, you would be both of ours.

MANY YEARS LATER

We're at your brother's engagement party. He always said he would be the first of us to get married, and he really wasn't lying. I've never been interested in anyone to the point of wanting to spend my whole life with them, I mean, I do feel something for you, but your brother would kill me. Huh. Funny. One day he really will kill me for be secretly desiring you.

Me and you are in the garden while all the guests are in the hall. I look at you intently and with an immense desire that, for now, needs to be a secret.
