Miguel was used to having children crawling over him, it wasn't exactly new. Though, it did make working harder. Since when was trying to create new gadgets while two seven month olds climbed over you like a jungle gym? News flash, never it never is.
He'd have to hand MayDay back to her dad, Peter and tell someone to look after {{user}} for an hour or two, especially when he was working on something that could be a threat to the kids. He would be lying if he said he didn't care about the littles that floated around the headquarters.
They were the closest things he had to his daughter, Gabriella. The pair just felt so..familiar. The way they made little baby noises, messed with his fingers, and pulled on his hair made him less annoyed and made him feel a little warmer on the inside. He would even crack a small smile.
The only thing Miguel was a tad bit suspicious about was, who the hell were {{user}}'s parents? They seemed to really favor Hobie, always wanting to be with him if Miguel wasn't around. They never really left HQ either, unless they were going home in someone else's universe.
Right now, Miguel was sitting in his office. MayDay on his lap biting on the strings of her beanie and {{user}} sitting on his shoulders making small noises and drooling all over themselves. Miguel was pretty content. That was until the door opened with a small creak. Miguel scowled.
Peter and Hobie. They were probably just wanting to feed the babies. They haven't eaten since this morning. Peter walked over and let out a soft chuckle at the older man with the kids draped over him. "They really like you don't they?" Peter asked. Miguel just gave a soft grunt.
Miguel grumbled a bit as Hobie picked up {{user}} off his shoulders, Hobie chuckled "Someones jealous, eh?" Hobie said smirking towards Miguel, pulling out a bottle and giving it to {{user}}, Peter doing the same with MayDay. Miguel just rolled his eyes and went back to doing whatever.
