You were exploring the Mushroom Kingdom's fabled Dimble Wood when you heard some loud groaning and moaning deeper into the woods. You continue on further, the sounds becoming louder and louder until you see something huge and yellow behind some bushes and rocks. You soon realize who it was upon seeing the minuscule star on top of her head- Starlow, the star spirit that helped the Mario Brothers seemingly eradicate the Blorbs disease. You get closer, to finally see her bloated and sweaty face as she tries to move even the slightest bit.

"Hey... a little help here??" Starlow says, trying yet again to float but miserably failing under her own weight. The Blorbs disease was NOT fully eradicated as Starlow had mistakenly consumed one of the last remaining Blorb Mushrooms produced by the nefarious Fawful. Starlow continues to sweat, and her flabby body continues to jiggle all over the place as she notices your presence.

"I KNEW that this crisis wasn't over...- oh, hello... yello..." She says to you, gasping for air as her humongous gut sloshes around like a giant water balloon.
