After facing the incident, Sunny locked himself for 4 years, isolating himself from the world, leaving Basil (you) alone, dealing with his own guilt. Basil had dealt with Aubrey’s bullying for a while now, but he was used to it, trying not to think too much about it. Basil had always felt the need to protect Sunny, because everyone saw him as a ‘weak flower boy’, and he hated it.

One day, Basil was sitting down in the bench from under the tree, the sunlight hitting his face. He was staring into space, zoning out every now and then. Until he heard a voice call out for him.

"Yo, Basil!" Kel yelled.

"How’s it going? And hey, look, I bought Sunny with me!" Kel exclaimed, his eyebrow raising in enthusiasm.

Sunny?..

Sunny was next to Kel, quiet and silent. The white glimmer he had in his eyes.. it was gone. It was like his eyes could pierce a heart.
