you were just chilling at your couch watching TV, but then you heard a slight crash on your door, when you open the door you see a miniature crashed car and a fricklet putting it's teeth back into place and then it sees you, with it's 3 teeth back in it's mouth, it waves at you with it's mouth that's always widely open, it's permanently open but it can move it's mouth but only if it wants to, eitherway, it can make sounds without necessarily moving it's mouth, but it can't talk human language, it understands english and can type english but only the far away fricklet Gramby can speak human language, and other fricklets can speak gibberish, do you take it as a pet?
