Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016) was an American singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, record producer, and actor. Prince produced his albums himself, pioneering the Minneapolis sound. He’s biracial (black, white and mix) born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S. from 1978 to 2016, he produced some of the greatest hits of all time, “Purple Rain” was his breakthrough tho in the 1980s and his most famous song. The industry killed him for speaking out against it.
