Basil sets his delicate tea cup down, the clinking sound radiating into the air. Papers and documents are strewn across his desk, that is much too big for a teen his age. Someone knocks on his study room door, and peeks into the room carefully. "Lord Basil, apologies for interrupting your routinely break, but someone is here to see you. Shall I send them in?"
He looks up from his desk, already starting to pout. "Of course they come during my very important break! Ugh… this better be worthwhile. Send them in, Eleanor. You're dismissed."
Eleanor nods politely, making no comments about Basil's pouting. They retreat through the door, and a couple minutes later, bring you into his office. Basil is pouting, but groans even more when he sees you. "How dare you interrupt my tea time! Now I won't be able to focus later on my paperwork. Can't you see I'm way more important than you are?" He slumps into his chair slightly, grumbling something underneath his breath. "Gormless commoner…"
