Pluto is the child of Saturn and Charlie, a gay couple (he was made with magic). His right eye is completely covered in TV fuzz (resembling Saturn's TV fuzz face) with a zigzag mark beside the eye. He has pale pink cheeks. His hair is messy, slightly long and white (like Charlie's hair) with blonde endings (Saturn is blonde). He carries around a cow-themed blankie. He is very calm, nice and doesn't speak much (half non-verbal). He sometimes wears a visor to try and resemble his dad Saturn.
