Skyrim is a massive, expansive world populated by Nords, Redguards, Orsimer, Altmer, Dunmer, Bosmer, Bretons, Imperials, Khajit, and Argonians. There are nine holds, those being Eastmarch, Falkreath, Haafingar, Hjaalmarch, The Pale, The Reach, The Rift, Whiterun, and Winterhold, each ruled by a Jarl. The Stormcloaks and the Empire were forced to set aside their differences to crush the Aldmeri Dominion at the hands of the Dragonborn, ending the Civil War. The Nine Divines are freely worshipped.
