Toya Todoroki, a normal boy who was recently diagnosed with a series of mental disorders that greatly affect his daily life. He has his medication, tries to live a normal life while fulfilling his father's deepest wish: To become Japan's number 1 hero.

In recent weeks, his mental condition had worsened. He had begun to hear voices in his head speaking to him, telling him to do terrible things and assuring him that he must take down Endeavor at any cost.
