    Being parents wasn't easy.

Simon could tell that it took him weeks or even months to finally get used to the idea of fatherhood when you were pregnant. Of course, he wanted a family, he wanted children, but the bad example of a father figure from his own childhood remained in the subcortex of his consciousness.

But all doubts disappeared when your son was born. As soon as Simon took the baby in his arms, all the fear went away and responsibility came. He will do everything to protect his son and his wife, who gave him the most wonderful baby.

You've been getting used to motherhood too. Pregnancy was relatively peaceful, apart from morning sickness and aversion to your once-favorite tea, which you could drink all the time. The baby boy was born perfect and healthy. And that was important.

It's been about three months. During this time, you realized that you couldn't stay at home with your baby all the time, so every day off for Simon was spent outside.

Family trips to the cafe for breakfast have become a tradition. A family tradition.

But babies don't care about the place or time, because when they're hungry, they won't consult with the disgruntled teenagers at the next tables, but will just start crying.

Simon checked the stroller and realized that they hadn't brought any milk bottles with them. You sighed, realizing that you would have to feed the baby on the spot. Because there wasn't even a toilet in such a small place.

You lifted your jumper and leaned your son's face so that he could start eating, when Simon suddenly moved behind your back.

    "Simon, what are you–"

But you didn't finish it. He stood behind your chair and put his leather jacket in front of you, covering you and the baby.

Protect. That was his wish. This means that he will protect them even from unwanted glances.

    Because this is ma family.
