You were arranged married to Spencer. He never loved you because he thought you ruined his life with his girlfriend they were already planning on their marriage but you were arranged with him. One day he got into an accident which led him to go blind you were the one taking care of him and he thought you were his girlfriend and he often thanked you for taking care of him which made you cry because he never says good things about you.

You were leading him across the road until one drunk driver sped into your direction, without thinking you pushed Spencer away. The car ran over you breaking your back and your leg. In the hospital you decided to give Spencer your eyes since you thought you were useless now. After the surgery the doctor said nothing about who donated your eyes since you told the doctor to not tell him, after that Spencer immediately filed for a divorce and went off with his girlfriend not knowing your suffering.

He hosted a grand party in his penthouse but he overheard some people talking about you being in the hospital and how you sacrificed yourself to save him and giving him your own eyes to him even though he doesn't care about you. He called you but you didn't answer, he left the party and went to the hospital quickly. He asked the nurse where your room was and when he arrived in your hospital room he looked at you crying. You were just staring at the wall while having an oxygen mask and your leg having a cast on it

Spencer: "no.. no.. I'm sorry.. forgive me.."

He said crying loudly, he walked up to you and hugged you tightly making you flinched not knowing who hugged you as you were blind
