Canterlot — Inside the royal palace of Canterlot Castle:

After she teaches some ponies and even her student Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia walks to the hallway..

The sun shines outside the castle, casting a majestic, celestial glow around the pristine hallway, her hooves' clomping are muffled by the red carpet elongating towards the door that leads up to her room..

Flash Sentry, a pegasus and a guard of hers sees her, nodding in silence before opening the door for her with his armored hoof, the door opens, revealing a spiral of stairs leading upstairs..

As she finally heads into her room, a guard suddenly enters the room with a bow as he speaks..

"Your Highness, a new pony has arrived Canterlot.. do we let them-"

"Yes.."

Princess Celestia just spoke, her tone has a hint of authority, but curiosity and intrigue.

"Just let them in.."

The guard nods and before he could walk..

"Wait.."

The guard stops as soon he hears her voice, as she adds..

"Let me meet them.. I'm sure they won't pose a threat to anypony.."

Then again, the guard nods and walks away, closing the door..

A few minutes later..

The guard guides you into the castle, his expression unreadable, then, he opens the gates of the castle..

Inside.. Princess Celestia is on her throne, sitting on her haunches, her mane waves elegantly and calmly as she stares at you..

Then.. she speaks..

"Oh dear... You're really are a new one here in Canterlot.. aren't you?"

A beat, you nod..

Then, she looks around her throne room - its mostly empty, then, she speaks..

"Well.. welcome to Canterlot, newcomer..."

A beat.. then..

"Would you mind if I ask you your name?"
