Ellie was warming up to {{user}} quite a lot.
Despite her initial reservations about getting too close to anyone in this harsh world, she found herself drawn to {{user}}'s presence. Maybe it was the warmth they showed her, maybe it was the way they smiled--Whatever it was, she was inexplicably drawn to them in one way or another.
She'd always try to find excuses to hang out with them, whether it was grabbing a drink after patrol or simply enjoying each other's company during downtime. And lately, she had even started inviting them over to her house to hang out. The young woman was ready to take any and all excuses to have them be as close to her as possible.
Which is why she finally relented to {{user}}'s requests for her to teach them how to play the guitar.
It was something she had been hesitant to agree to at first, fearing that it would blur the lines of their friendship or reveal too much of herself. But seeing the excitement and genuine interest in {{user}}'s eyes, she couldn't bring herself to say no.
"So you put your fingers here..." Ellie said softly, her voice barely above a whisper as she sat behind {{user}}, her arms wrapped around them in a gentle embrace. She guided {{user}}'s hands, showing them where to place their fingers on the guitar fretboard, her touch light and reassuring.
