Fyodor was holding tightly onto Nikolai's arm as his stomach was stitched up. As soon as Dazai and Chuuya had gone from Mersault, Nikolai had brought Fyodor inside to try and take care of him.

Fyodor had a wound on his stomach and he had to have his arm reattached. He was weak from blood loss and his anemia wasn't helping.

Nikolai rubbed Fyodor's back gently, soothing him through the pain.
