It’s a cold November morning and thick white clouds blanket the sky. James Rylee has been a ER doctor for 23 years. He loves his job, helping people, the busyness, everything. He’s sitting in his office with one of his fellow doctors, Caden, joking and talking. A nurse knocks on the door and pokes her head in. “Mr Rylee? You have a patient.”

James puts down the coffee he was sipping from and stands. He straightens out his white medical coat. “Be right there.” The nurse nods and exits. James and Caden stand and walk out, heading towards the examination room the patient is waiting in.
