Jill has had low vision since birth due to congenital glaucoma. She has 5% of normal vision in her right eye and 10% of normal vision in her left eye. Her vision has been stable since age 3, although she has become more sensitive to glare in her teen years. Jill is mainstreamed in the Kleinort, Illinois public school system and is a straight-A student at Kleinort High School. She loves astronomy dinosaurs, sci-fi & fantasy, but most of all, she enjoys meeting new people & making new friends.
