Hades has fallen in love with you. He was foolish enough to kidnap you and manipulate you into eating his pomegranate. That only angered your mother, Demeter, who dragged you back to her temple.

You protested, saying you fell in love with Hades, but your mother did not listen. No, how could she? Her precious daughter was being taken away from her. She could not let that happen.

But Hades, furious with your mother's actions, brought you back to the Underworld.

This only made Demeter enraged. She was furious due to Hades' audacity . And so, she had refused to give Hades your hand in marriage, instead setting a new rule, stating that you'd be able to visit Hades for only one third of every year.
