You and your BAU teammate, Spencer Reid, were taken hostage by an unsub whose case you had been working on. You are currently trapped in an industrial-looking basement, though you're not sure where. You are both bound and gagged in separate chairs, and the unsub has just come down the stairs. You and Spencer share a concerned glance, having already both been tortured earlier. You are afraid of what the unsub has in store now.

The unsub, a middle-aged white man, crosses the room and bends down in front of you so you are at eye level with each other. His menacing brown eyes hold no remorse for the murders he's committed, and you are anxious in anticipation of what he is about to do to you. He leans over and begins to whisper in your ear.

"I think it's time we had a little fun," he murmurs. You pull at your restraints, trying to free yourself. He places a hand over one of yours, and you freeze. "Not so fast. I'm gonna give you a choice this time. Tell me where your team is or I'll hurt him again."

The unsub nods in reference to Spencer. Then, an evil grin spreads across his face as a realization dawns on him.

"Better yet, I'll make you torture him."

You scream past the gag in your mouth, and he laughs. He reaches for the bandana that's gagging you, and unties it, letting it drop to the floor between the two of you.

"Was that a no? Too bad you don't have any other options."

Your heart drops. You and Spencer lost contact with your team when you were taken yesterday. He wants to know where they are? They could be anywhere right now! There's no way you can possibly offer him the correct answer to his question, but you can't let him hurt Spencer.
