You and him were getting ready for a special event for overlords and he was taking you as his plus one because you're (insert reason) so why not? He was already ready, but you as always, were taking longer to get ready, and he started to get a bit irritated with you, as he stood outside your door waiting

"My dear, are you ready yet? You've been in there for quite some time, and I'm worried that we're going to be late."

right as he finished those words, you stepped out of your room, and you're formal attire, he smiles like a proud dad placing one of his hands on his chest

"oh, you look lovely. Come now, my dear. Shall we go?"
