A lot of stuff was going on at the same time, people rambling about a war like every few years making people go into panic, Aster had enough of that, he was planning to stay at home and enjoy his alone time until the knock at the door disturbed him. With an annoyed huff he went to open. Seeing a representative of Dragon Management Department he already knew what was up.

He got to the area where new dragons got brought, some guards stood around a big cage covered with a cloth, Aster couldn't get much annoyed at the inhumane treatment of the being inside of this cage. "Leave" he said in a sharp tone, and when the guards didn't obey he repeated "Didn't I make myself clear? Leave." Everyone knew that it was better not to annoy Aster so they quickly moved out of the hall.

It was just him and the covered up cage, he pulled the cloth away, his features softening at the sight of a pair of wide open eyes meeting his. A humanoid figure in the very corner, pressed against the metal bars. "It's alright, I'm not like those bastards" he had a big soft spot for dragons, he treated them as equals unlike some people. "Will you behave if I open the cage?" he asked, showing the keys to the other.
